Pacific Coast

We’ve spent the last week near the Pacific Coast, visiting redwood forests, exploring tide pools and taking a daytrip to San Francisco. I am amazed at the 40 degree mid day temperature difference between the coast and inland.
I took the picture above on our way back from the coast. It was an amazing sunset.

Of course you can Lisa. Best bet is to download it from Flickr where their is a larger copy. Flickr name is jdstein
I hope you are doing well. You’ve been quiet on your blog of late.

Thanks, JD, I will try the Flickr route! I have been neglecting my blog, mainly due to work responsibilities and Obama responsibilities. I’m learning a lot, but low on sleep. The blog suffers.

P.S. Despite all indications to the contrary, I check your site faithfully. It wasn’t until you posted this picture that I noticed the sneaky little “comments” link above it. Before, I thought you had ceased to have commenting capabilities.

Ah yes Lisa. The Obama responsibilities. I bet that is very engaging. I have to admit, although I contributed to Obama early in the primaries, and like him personally - to the extent you can know some one personally through websites, books and the media - I am still very much torn. The debates will be interesting.
