Wow, thanks for posting that article. There is so much to keep up with that affects the lives of so many. I guess supporting the famer’s market is a good thing, but sounds like letters to legislatures and others might be in order. It is difficult to know what to do when I read this kind of information.
I agree Blu, when something is this entrenched, it is difficult to know what to do. I do think supporting local farmer markets is key. Americans need to have a deeper understanding of where their food comes from and how it is produced.
